My 3rd gen iPod that I purchased in 2003 with the annoying overly-sensitive touch wheel & buttons is still going strong!

I have the old geezer; I should charge it up and take it out for a run - er, maybe make that a gentle walk....

Heh. I vividly remember trashing the announcement in the old DM forum; I was thoroughly disappointed that it was "just an MP3 player" and not something more like a PDA. Those who were around then will remember the mock-ups that flooded the rumor sites; the actual product looked decidedly underwhelming compared to the fakes.

One of my many "that'll flop" predictions that spectacularly didn't come true (I was right about the Cube, though)...

I have the original at home in the Hendrix box. A guy sold it to me a couple months ago for $30.

Just loaded my iPod Photo with new tunes for the road! And, I finally added a few photos to it for the first time ever. The quality of that screen is really pretty crappy.
