Surprise Announcement From Apple Tomorrow?

I'm reading rumors about something big happening with Apple tomorrow. Not much, mind you, but something about various Apple stores having been closed this week preparing for the event.

Probably nothing more than "innernet" static, but I'm curious if anyone else has heard something about it.

Did Harbormaster ever rip open one of those crates to see what was actually inside? :wink:

I believe that many stores were remodeling and are reopening this weekend. Haven't heard of anything else.

I'm dreaming it'll be aapl killing AppleTV and buying Tivo.

Disclosure: I'm a Tivo shareholder and there is some pronounced speculation that someone out there is about to make a play on Tivo. Someone like Directv, dish, comcast, sony, google, cisco...
