IRS-- guess I could live with that. It's some crazy lawsuit I don't need in my life. You can bet I would have been all over the zip code had it been listed.

I got a certified, must sign for letter from my insurance company with an overpayment check enclosed several years ago.

IRS will use it for really bad news like audits and if you don't respond to regular letters, and for simple things like 4 pages of, The IRS is not giving your overpayment of taxes back, do you want to appeal?
