Right-wing racism on the rise

There's the racism of some individual making some sort of unintelligent remark. And then there is the racism of a party pandering to the worst fears of bigoted individuals and incorporating it as part and parcel of their appeal to voters, albeit in a stealthy manner (i.e. letting talk radio and tv personalities do it). And do we even need to question why some folks find Obama so threatening? Just because they are too wise to admit it out loud doesn't mean it's not obvious to the rest of us. Who really thinks this birth certificate thing would even be going on right now if both of Obama's parents had been white?

Oh, come on, it's not nearly the same thing. Where were the web sites, the tv commentary, the blogs, the talk radio hosts, the law suits, the unending Swampy threads? Are you unable to tell proportions one from the other?

Threatening? He looks smaller to me by the day. The only thing that has saved him so far is his voice, and that is beginning to wear off.

What I find funny is that racism (in a more general definition) exists on both sides. Dumb ass crackers thinking they are better and a boat load of 'PC' fools that think anything that happens to a minority is racism.

BTW, was does it have to be republican vs democrat thing? In my view they are both to blame for racism issues we have today.

Just let the market decide, any company stupid enough to use race to deny employment won't get the best people and will fade vs competition willing to hire the best color blind.

The opposite is true, letting minorities into companies just to meet a quota giving a company lower quality employees kills a companies productivity.

I witness both every day. On one side, I got managers that use the familiar "they need good communication skills" as a way to weed out minorities. On the other I have HR pushing people to interview truly unqualified but the non white skin color they seem to get credit for hiring.

Just hire the best of the best....bring the best of the best to your college.... and stop collecting all this damn data.

Racism is only dead when we are all color blind.

BTW, don't even get me started on the genetics of it all. After all, mixing races produces a genetically superior offspring. I did my part... did you?

Can I come live in your perfect world? Do you really think a company is going to go down if they ignore 10% of the population? How about if that 10% is denied a decent education?

Yeah, stop collecting the data and it will all go away. Sweep it under the rug and it doesn't exirst!
