Pretty cool. I wonder if there's any way to plug real instruments into it. Now that would be really cool.

It ships Sept 9th, so I dunno yet. If it uses the same electronics as the regular Rock Band set, there are adapter kits floating around for the drums, tho some soldering may be required.

OTOH, you can jack your own drum kit in to play Guitar Hero via MIDI port on the back of the GH drum set. That's pretty cool.
