There is NEVER an excuse for posting a spoiler in the subject line. Why is this not obvious?

I have been too busy to watch the match today and now you have ruined the experience for no reason. Thanks for nothing!

I can understand people not wanting to know but really, is it that big a deal? No different than if you run into the 7-11 on the way home from wherever and you overhear someone talking about it. I'm not being a jerk (at least not on purpose this time) but people can stay off the internet. They can stay out of 7-11's. They can keep the radio turned off, etc, etc. until they have watched a recording they have. It's not others responsibility.

How about this: Space-time saved you 90+ minutes in which you can do something else.

Could be worse.

I was sitting in a large restaurant in Mexico City as the Uruguay/Germany game was wrapping up. A very unhappy crowd, especially after that last try after the penalty. If the home team can't win and the continent can't win, at least they were pulling for the hemisphere.

It's common courtesy.
