Just pulled the trigger on this:
http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-VIERA-TC...tl?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&s=electronics&pf_rd_p=1284387002&pf_rd_s=center-3&pf_rd_t=1401&pf_rd_i=1000646181&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1M4YKGTVY4YN0VMKZ7XW
There was a mess up with the promotions on Amazon, I think - it came out to $750.
What do you think? I haven't been shopping for one long - is it a mistake to buy plasma? I have plenty of time to cancel today if I have buyers remorse...

We recently bought a Samsung 50 inch plasma and it's great. plasma's are less expensive than lcd's and better on some accounts. Read consumer reports!
I think you did well. we paid over $800 for ours.

Well, if you don't like it I'll trade you another 36" CRT TV for it.

the tv appears to be unable to contain sports action. don't put it in a room with good furniture

you'll love it. i don't have that model, but do have a panny 55 plasma. it's stunning. now get back to amazon and grab at least the vizio soundbar with wireless sub. great sound for the price. you don't want to listen to tv speakers.

I just got basically the same model, except 42" non-3D and love it. Totally happy with it, especially after doing lots of research. You got a sweet deal, as I paid that much for my 42" from Amazon. Keep it, i think you'll be very happy with it.
