It takes a lot to get us interested in Staten Island property -- at least until that subway becomes a reality -- but when a house hits the market with its own English pub in the basement, and that's the second most interesting thing about it, we definitely take notice. The Corleones' crib has actually been owned by the same family for over 50 years, and with that type of emotional attachment, it might be hard to make them an offer they can't refuse.
