Of course with a first name like Hubert, he was doomed in the lady department from birth.

The guy is an idiot.

Pain and suffering? Trauma?

No more than any other high school kid with a boner.

Now if his name had been "Hugh Bert", things might have worked out differently for him.

I.... don't think you can sue for contractual damages when the contract involves the commission of a crime.

True.
Also, I thought standard prostitution contracts were billed by the specific task(s) with a maximum time limit clause for completion of said tasks. If a prostitute completes her (or his) contracted tasks under the maximum allowed time limit, even better.
It sounds as though Hubert (snigger) got his feelings hurt because the prostitute didn't hang around to chat and cuddle after her work was complete, and if that's the case then I think Hubert needs to have the basics of prostitution explained to him in clear, simple terms: They DON'T hang around to chat and cuddle after they've completed their tasks! They're SUPPOSED to leave as soon as it's over! Heck, that's the whole point of spending the money to hire a prostitute.

One look at the "You may also be interested in" list and you can tell what a rag the Daily News is. I feel like my brain needs to use some antibiotic lotion.

1.8 Mill "mental anguish" for not informing him prostitution and sex acts are illegal in Las Vegas.
Why gamble on the slots, when there's more money to be made on the sl0ts.

No, but our opinions and observations frequently run parallel to each other.
