Put user icon in the dock?

I'd like to move the icon for my user , the one that looks like a house, to the dock.

When I try to do this, I get a message saying that I can't because it's being used by another task.

Is it possible to do this?

I just tried it on my wife's laptop and it worked fine.

I just restarted my computer and it works now.

It's pretty cool too since you get an image of folders that pop up.

I've had mine there for years, along with Applications.
