Oh oh...is anyone having problems logging into PayPal?
#1
I received an e-mail from PayPal asking me to update my CC info. I didn't click on the link in the e-mail; I typed in the URL for PayPal in my browser and tried logging in there. PayPal asked me for my CC number and then asked me to update my password and confirm which e-mail addresses are still valid. When I try and do that, I get a "this link is no longer valid" error message or the following:

"Sorry — your last action could not be completed
If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don't use your browser's Back button) and restart your activity.

If you came from PayPal's website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again."

Now I can't login at all...I keep getting incorrect password error messages, or I am stuck in the same loop as described above. I've been having the same problem with multiple browsers.

I have been on hold with PayPal for 10+ minutes, so there may be system problems this morning. Or my account may has been compromised.

I just used it for the MacUpdate deal - no problems.

I cleared my cache and cookies and called PayPal to remove any restrictions on my account. It seems to have worked...my account wasn't compromised.

I have seen over the last 24-36 hours that it is VERY slow to process payments. But no login issues.
