Huh?!? That seems strange. Their language is definitely confusing: "No Service Commitment. Min. $14.99/mo. Data plan required. No refunds or exchanges permitted on iPad® purchased at promotional pricing. Limited time offer, while supplies last." Sounds like they muxed the 3G network requirements in there with the purchase conditions. However, even if you have to pay an extra $15 and just cancel after a couple days it's still a deal if you need one.

That's a frickin' bargain right there. That's the size I would get if you're getting one, my 64Gb is over half full.

....you have to keep the data plan for 1 month but you can cancel after that....so about $14.99 for that one month (for the lowest plan).....then remember to cancel.....
