(Reuters) - President Barack Obama will make a public statement at 10:30 p.m. EDT on Sunday, a White House official said.

The official did not say what the statement would be about.

NATO is making bombing runs in civilian neighborhoods in Libya. The president might explain why we're doing that.

Then again, maybe he's going to talk about helping out the people/states struck by the tornadoes last week.

Noooobody knows.
