Recent AP poll is BS
#1
The recent AP poll having BHO with a 60% approval rate since the death of OBL is just hogwash. Their demographic was skewed with 43% Democrats to 33% Republican and 4% "Other".

Who says the media is not bias?

Gallup has him at 51% approve, 40% disapprove.
And he'd beat any Republican if the election were held today.
Works for me.

Hey swamp... hope you're feeling better these days.

ALL polls are BS. And not.

It's all in how the questions are asked and who gets asked the questions.

Ask the people in Texas who were refused federal disaster area benefits, and they'll say "No !'.

Ask the staff of the Democratic party HQ in Chicago, and they'll say "Yeah !".

Certainly not someone who cites Fox News.

The weekend after the killing of OBL, two-thirds of the guests on the Sunday talk shows were Republicans, so, of course, the only logical conclusion is that the media is biased against Democrats.

Here is the complete poll which includes all the breakdowns of respondents:

I suggest that Swampy and the other critics of this do not understand polling methodology.

Oh good grief. Texas has received more federal disaster aid dollars than any other state since FEMA record keeping started. Plus they did receive huge amounts of federal fire assistance dollars, but not a "major disaster" declaration. They were denied the major disaster declaration because FEMA determined that amounts already allocated, plus the state's available funds, were sufficient to meet the needs.
Of course the governor will always grovel for more, that's his job. (unless it's education or healthcare funding, then apparently in Texas it's his job to turn up his nose.)

The poll is BS only if it interferes with YOUR sense of reality.

It cannot be real as Fox has not told me so! :whine:
