When I get too many keys on my keyring, it's a sign that my life is going in the wrong direction. There was a time when I had only one key, and I was very happy, but I don't see such simplicity returning in the near future. I now have 4 keys, which is pretty good for me.

Sorry but the more keys he carries, the less important the man.

Agreed. I have truck, truck toobox, house and mailbox. And that's all I need.

I miss my old VW key, which was the alarm fob with the physical key in it switchblade-style. Know what you mean, though. Bought a little carabiner to hold them all, and take off just my car alarm fob when I go into the store/etc to keep me from looking too much like Schnieder*.

*you younger MRFers :-) will miss that reference

wifes is now down to no keys.

car has the push button start deal -- just tosses the key in her purse and leaves it there -- no house key, relies on the garage door opener. we rarely ever enter the front door on our house.
