Kinda depressing when the best part of the day…

…is over by 9 AM.

It's hot, hot, hot here in NYC. I had a rare free morning so I went out at 7:30 with my camera. By the time I got home, it was already unpleasant in direct sun.

Ka,

I hear ya! Let's just say I'm grateful I have good a/c units at both my home and my office! That and lots and lots of cold filtered water! Smile

10 days of this in Atlanta city with no rain, and ten more to come. Mountains getting a shower or two.

Florabamama was 102 in some areas according to my car temp.

Gray,

But, you're in a southern portion of the country. We're not used to getting days like this until July and even then, it's only for a short period of time. I'll gladly ship the heat down your way if you're interested. Smile

91º and very humid here yesterday in N. MI with the same forecast for today. We northerners aren't used to this type of hot weather. It's also been dry as a bone around here for the past two weeks and all the grass is starting to burn up.

On the plus side, we're supposed to get thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight, with a cold front coming in by tomorrow. By friday the high is predicted to be 63º !! :eek2:

Even here in Atlanta we do not get these temps till July on a reg basis. We are 10 degrees warmer than average, day and night.
