I got this co-worker which I don't get. When it's about very important issues, he is probably the most trustworthy and dedicated person around here. When it comes to less important things, he is full of lies.
examples: I never saw him making false statements about someone else, nor about very important work projects.
But when it comes to little things, like did you break this tool? did you borrow my camera? Did you leave that door open? he always says "No!". I saw him doing all these things, yet he would never admit it until I tell him "I saw you."
One thing I've learnt at a pretty young age was that if I told lies, I could never sleep sound at night. One way or another my parents would eventually find out. Sometimes in the same day, sometimes weeks later, and this waiting game would make me sick and tired. So I learned it's better to tell them the truth when I did something bad, and move on.
