Volt doubled it sales in the month of September...to 723.

I think it has been dropped to the bargain price of $39.1K. Pretty much explains the slow sales.

I'm not sure (and won't take the time to find out) if the Volt is available nationwide yet. It was initially sold only in a few states.

The problem is a delay in manufacturing. They were still working on getting production-lines up to speed as of September.

They've only been able to supply them to 6 markets, but they were supposed to have made it to national distribution by the summer.

They're still selling them as fast as they can make them.

They haven't even met their quota for dealer demos.

If they can make 10,000 cars this year, they'll certainly sell them.

Add neon, hood graphics, and some robotic options, call it VOLT-ron, and they'll sell like hotcakes !
