Long-Slow-Distances that is. . . :devil: I have moved from 3.5 miles to 5 miles for
my morning walk-jogs. It was a very beautiful Sunrise and morning here.

hahahah TongueBig Grin before the movies there was the """reality"""...of mulching the garden.. seeing a VW bug turn a corner and turn into a limousine ...or quitting your job the day after....all night drives to Mexico...
