My breathing has recently become much worse and when I wake up my pulse/ox shows low '80s.
It comes up a little after a nebulizer treatment, but sometimes not that much. Usually I'm doing a bit better by the end of the day.
This is new for me. I've had asthma for years, but it never affected me like this. Also, quite a while back I took a series of shots over a two year period for allergies and I hadn't been experiencing any kind of severe problem until now.
For some reason, I'm unreasonably fearful of this procedure and I have a foreboding that I'll end up in the hospital and not come out again.
I will be happy if everything goes smoothly and it turns out that my present issue is reversible.
OTOH, if you don't hear from me…
…it's been fun!
Of course, any of you holding a raincheck for a margarita may be out of luck!
