I think this one little episode reveals Romney's lack of character and pathological lying
#1
Romney said he is not going to watch his wife's Olympic event. He casually says he doesn't even know which day it will be. Bullshit. It seems like he lies at the drop of a hat and it is so ingrained, he just throws stinkers out there with no thought about it. No rational person would go to the Olympics and NOT watch their spouse compete in an event. If that is the case, he is still a proven liar AND a lousy husband.

Or maybe he is a lousy husband.

His wife isn't competing, it is just his wife's horse, but this just reinforces the idea that, like most politicians, the mouth is going before the brain is engaged.

from that same article:
"Meanwhile, Mitt Romney has left the United Kingdom, and has found a far warmer reception in Israel. After visiting Poland, he will return to the States on Tuesday and is not expected to step foot in England for the remainder of the Games.".

So, he won't be watching.

I wonder if the Romneys travel on separate planes to and from vacation spots because of intruding and pressing commitments.
And don't always do everything together
sounds so very Presidential.
