I hope the folks at Nasa are reading the comments because there are some very clever ideas there.

ok what's the smallest satellite that can sort this mess out and whats the best way to get a fleet of them up there without rockets perhaps the work NASA's doing in association with prisoners to build a sling shoot could send such a fleet or may more is needed
