Quark to indesign files. Can it be done easily?
#1
I am going to finally switch over to ID. I would like to bring over some forms and other files. Is there a plugin or a conversion process to open qxd files into idd?

Any help would be appreciated.

Q2ID from Markzware lets you convert Q5 and Q6 documents. You can open Q4 files without a plug-in.

FYI, open the Quark files in CS2 if you can. I've found that with CS1, I have to reimport all my picture files. Could be a wonky setting on my part but I don't have to do that when opening via CS2.

Alternatively, you could save all your v6 Quark files as v5 files and then save the v5 files as v4 files. That sounds like hours of fun for the whole family.
