SIgh. So some lowlife broke into my house and has stolen a MacBook Pro, an iPod Touch an iPad 2, and my kid's new Wii U......

Unfortunately, I didn't have iCloud turned on on most of theses items.

The iPad does have it on but it is only has it's WiFi connection set up. and doesn't have a data plan.

Can I turn on the data plan for this item remotely and locate it?

CSI crew is here dusting for prints now.

Get your self a BFD (Big Fscking Dog) for next time and you won't have to worry about data plans or tracking software...sorry for your loss.

Damn them bastidges! Sorry they got such good stuff.

One of the more infuriating experiences of modern life. We've been hit lightly four times in 12 years. Police pretty much just say kiss it goodbye. Budget cuts here have pretty much eliminated followup on property crimes, though I did get a bike back a year later.

Sorry to hear that, threeprong.

Funny, just last night I was wondering how well our house would resist a break-in attempt. The guys who do this kind of thing should have their fingers broken.
