They had those at Costco recently for the same price. I would have gone for it save for the included USB only connection.

Are you saying you can't just pull it from the case and install it internally?

Hmmm... I wonder if there's one drive in there, or two...
I could use a big drive like that for a redundant backup.

Who wants to try it and report back? Not possible with some USB drives; it would be nice to know whether this one can function apart from its enclosure.
