A survey conducted by JD Power and Associates shows that Apple’s iPad ranks highest in tablet customer satisfaction. Every other company’s tablet ratings were significantly lower, with the Amazon Kindle coming in second and Samsung’s tablet line ranking in third place.

That's like saying I'm not satisfied with my motorcycle because it lacks 2 wheels compared to my car. It is a GREAT motorcycle, but a terrible car.

I do not want Microsoft Office, but I'm sure there are some people who would like a competent Office program. I would like better file system access and the ability to change default applications. Other people want better docking functionality (keyboard access is okay, but not when you need to keep reaching forward to tap the screen). Some people want better specs in the fairly pricey iPad mini. There's lots of room for improvement if people are truly going to ditch their PCs for a post PC device. Most of the people I run across with iOS devices also own a PC.
