I think they put a purple bracelet on you, in the emergency room anyway, for
"do not resuscitate" . Everyone should have an advance directive when going into the hospital...I think hospitals require it. I personally don't believe in "life support" or "feeding tubes". My daughters are aware of my wishes and anyone should make relatives aware of their wishes.
