If at first you don't succeed, swim, swim, swim, swim again

Diana Nyad completed her Cuba-Florida swim today! She is the first to do so without a shark cage.

53 hours, 100+ miles. It was her fifth attempt. Holy cow!

I can't believe she did it... I always thought she was some kinda loon, but she proved herself today...

I'd have to say that this is one of the all time great feats for a 60+ person...

She had three things to tell everybody when she got on shore:

1) "Never give up."

2) "You're never to old."

3) She forgot the third thing...
