When do the Apple Stores restock?

I'm hoping for an iPad mini with retina display. I keep checking, there were a few last night but by the time I got to checkout they were gone. Does anyone know what times the stores get their stock in?

I would think 10AMish, but I guess it just depends on whenever they get a shipment in from UPS.

My experience is that they get one, sometimes two UPS shipments a day.
I got to a store for my 3GS and they were out and didn't know when the next truck was due, but there would be one. Around 1130 one came in and I got my 'Phone. Is the pick-up service available? You order it online and they reserve it for you at the store of your choice. Since you're using the tracker, your store may not have any, or any store near you. Mine is in route from China. Apple says I should have it… Wait for it… TUESDAY! This makes me happy.
