Launch the Apple Store app.
Tap "Stores" in the bottom bar.
Pick a store from the list.
Tetris offer should show up in the middle.

Is it iPhone only? Don't see it via the iPad Apple Store app.

Have you tried the regular Apple Store app?

It looks like it's a non-Universal app.

It should work on the iPad, but it may scale well. But a lot of times these apps look good on a Retina 'Pad.

I first tried downloading the iPad Apple Store app...couldn't find tetris, so went back to the store and downloaded the iPhone version. Upon launch, it forces me to download/launch the iPad version. Doesn't seem like there's a way to get the download unless you have an iPhone.

Yep, can't launch the iPhone Apple Store app from an iPad and the Tetris promo is only available through the iPhone App.
