The nice weather was good while it lasted...

This morning:



We had a few days of 80s and then we've had some heavy thunderstorms and a lot of rain-haven't seen the official data but it seems to be around 4-5". And, of course, the cold front comes thru. A couple of months ago I would've sold my soul for a 50º day. This morning, I had to turn on the heat. And we may have lows in the upper 30s over the next couple nights.



I wish I could send the rain and temps to SoCal...

I'm glad all my newly started seeds are being kept nice and moist. Would be nice if it dried up a bit tomorrow, when I have time to start some more.
So sad how most of the bulbs lost their flowers already, but the Lilacs are in full swing right now.

You must really like it there. That's probably like the 50th post since the beginning of winter where you've bemoaned the weather there. I wouldn't be able to handle living somewhere where the weather was so bad for so long.

It's Spring.
It has to rain and the temps have to fluctuate transitioning to Summer.
No way around it.

You could move someplace where there are only two seasons, like the Flames of He L L season and wholelottashakingoinon season.
