I wonder how many of the players (and other owners) would prefer Sterling.

most of the players likely are mostly concerned about getting paid and are quite used to personality clashes on several fronts

This means the Lakers have to be worth $10 Billion dollars.

The Dodgers sold for $2 Billion. That included the stadium and the vast parking lot. The Clippers is "just" the team in a rented arena. That's value.

So this post made me go to cnn.com to find out what Ballmer bought. Well, he *is* a baller/Balmer.

While at cnn, I saw a story about someone "striking" Brad Pitt in the face at some event. I clicked to read the story, and guess what the name of the accused's lawyer is?

Willoughby!

There was a thread yesterday that had references to a particular Twilight Zone episode, "A Stop in Willoughby." I had never seen it, but watched it last night. I could be that guy!

"The Associated Press and ESPN reported Thursday night that Ballmer and the Sterling Family Trust have a binding agreement that will go to the NBA. One big potential roadblock to completing the purchase: Donald Sterling's attorneys said Thursday evening he has yet to approve a sale."

Also:

Donald Sterling's atty tells @byandreachang: "There's been no sale. There can be no sale without Donald's signature."

Ballmer has never done anything that made sense. Other than making himself billions.
