Happy weekend to you all
#1
Lovely sunny day and we are at the bungalow by the river ready to watch the competitors in the annual Three Rivers Race. Here's a link to a description:

Our bungalow is about a quarter of an inch south west of the P in Potter Heigham.

Photos later.

It's 5:29 here in the Bay Area, and by 7:29, I shall be on my boat, my Dollymop. I've got the duffle already packed.
And there I shall spend three days and two nights, aboard, doing Dollymop things. (The Marina frowns on longer stays in harbor.)
I avoided the Holiday Weekenders this last holiday weekend; they are such Hullabaloos.
I've enjoyed your links of the Three Rivers; I wish that I was a part of it, yet this boat has no tabernacled mast, and it isn't wood, and there are no masses of Swallows or Amazons to man it, so no Three Rivers for me. Yet. (Oh, there is also that eight-thousand-miles-away thing.)

My Best;

Eustace

Since we played last weekend, we're in the yards this weekend. Excellent weather forecasted so I'll be very dirty and sweaty by Sunday eve. Enjoy and will be awaiting the pix, Paul! And you too eustace...

36 hours of planes, buses and airports, all one way....

Pics from everybody, please. Well, maybe 36 hours of travel won't be so photogenic.

Today we make a traditional Korean dish called jun to take to a potluck. Thinly sliced marinated beef dipped in egg and fried.

Same to you, Bub! Enjoy the race, and some pics of the race would be great. (tu)

On my deck eating breakfast and avoiding doing my online work. Nearly perfect, 80 degrees here in MN, a far cry from the below freezing weather just a couple weeks ago!

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Wow, that race sounds really challenging!

I will be out on my Catalina 22 this afternoon.

82 degrees here with a wonderous breeze so breakfast on the screen porch was a delight this morning.
Mowed the lawn yesterday so that is done.

Tonight we go to Book of Mormon.
Sunday is a dance celebrating the 10th anniversary of our English Country Dance group.
Monday night we see CHER at the YUM! Center - Suite 22 with free (to us) tickets. (I just happened to be at my desk when the e-mail came in saying, "two tickets available to first responder."
