Met my goal last week of 2 lower body and 3 upper body workouts.

With 2 weeks to go until vacation, I am pleased with my progress.

Same goal for this week

Let's h i t the exercises with purpose this week.

That's good man. It's all about consistency. That can be hard when you got a lot of distractions (like life).

This week my goal is to burn at least a thousand calories a day bicycling to give my legs a break from running. Yesterday I did 25.5 miles at a hurried pace (1606 calories). I've found a route that kinda hugs the bay in Oakland and over into Alameda where I don't have to stop too much. My problem comes when I pass something that I want to take a picture of.

I'm run down. i really want to get out and enjoy the nice weather but i'm a bit sick Sad

i did take my bike to a tech conference in florida with me and got some nice riding in. wanted to do more but such is life.
