Django Reinhardt recordings are a little hard to find these days. I have a few Naxos recording that I bought from England as the they were not licensed in the USA. The pound was more favorable then.
The video you would like is "Stephane Grappelli-A Life in the Jazz Century". It contains all the known footage of Reinhardt. Now the bad news. It's out of print and Netflix says "long wait". A used copy on Amazon goes for over $62.00. It's two discs. If you would like a list of the recording and dvd numbers, just PM me and I can pass them along and any other info.

A few years ago I helped someone try to collate all known audio recordings of Django after I mentioned that I had inherited quite a few LPs from my father. I was surprised that all the various albums I had listed dates, venues and personnel for all the tracks. Made my part of the job a lot easier.

His music was used in the movie Chocolat - that's how I discovered him. Love his stuff; wish I could play like that...

There's a million sites with free Django, if you're okay with the concept of record companies not getting paid on their long dead artists that they have re-issued for years and years, making there money back many times over.
Attila Zoller is also a great guitarist in the Django vein.
