very clunky. on the mac i had to go to my music library, make sure iCloud was not greyed out, then search for U2. it showed and i had to click every tracks cloud to download.

I had to sign out of my iTunes account on my phone and then sign back in for the new album to finally show up. Downloading it to the phone right now.

See, this is why I hate iTunes. When you go to the iTunes Store and click on the U2 banner, it says it's already purchased. So I go to "Purchased". It's not there. I try to follow the advice above... I go to my music library... where is "iCloud"? It's not greyed out... it's not even there! Why is this so freaking hard? I'll probably just wait for someone to post it on Usenet.
