I'm never buying chicken eggs again!
#1
I just boiled 4 eggs for egg salad, and can you believe that NOT ONE OF THEM PEEL WORTH A DAMN!

I've been burned one too many times by these so-called "eggs"

I'm on hold right now with a rep, giving them a piece of my mind.

So if any of you are in the market for eggs, I would highly recommend looking at duck eggs, or even ostrich eggs.

Chicken eggs suck!

For egg salad, I use one of these microwave cookers. Works great.

Ah, an old and frustrating problem. The answer is to use eggs that are a week or so old

http://fantes.com/images/98553egg.jpg I got this nifty egg cooker so I popped the egg in (with shell). I left it long enough for it to explode all over my apartment when I opened the oven.

As for peeling eggs starting on the large end seems to make it easier as not cooking that long. Mom Mint starts them from water and brings them to a boil and thats it.

But then, the question is: was a rebate required? And if so, did you have to work hard to get it?
