Might this be an indicator that new Merom powered offerings are just around the corner??

I'm waiting until at least the rev B for Supercard compatability...

Or it could mean that they sold lots and lots of the portables and they are wildly successful. They now have stock of the refurbs because there is always a percentage of any product that makes it into the refurb chain.
Last I read, they are having trouble keeping up with the high demand for new MacBooks.

Trust me, it's due to the problems with the macbookpro's. So far I have a new motherboard, cdrom drive, and battery. I expected problems with first generation so I'm trying not to be troubled by this but I'm still sure it is fueling the refurb program at apple.
