All cable/DSL modems worked when taken out of service, but have not been used or tested since. Netopia replaced Westell when Verizon reseller ISP reprovisioned their equipment, and then subsequently went out of business when Verizon pulled the plug on their DSL resellers. Zyxel’s modem/router was from Covad that pulled the plug on their residential service. The 3-Com modem was from the vestiges of the Northpoint/Telocity providers that bailed after only a few months of service.
No clue about Zip drives – assume parts only.
USB and FW/SCSI adapters worked when last used.
Some power bricks are MIA, as this stuff has been moved around over time. IIRC, at least one of the power bricks had failed anyway, while the others are probably around here someplace, but there are several more boxes to offload, and if/when they turn up, I promise to try to remember what they went to.
Graphite ABS was barely working sporadically when taken out of service; likely blown caps issue; have some fun with it!
Snow ABS was working fine when taken out of service and replaced with newer ABS, but hasn’t been used or tested since.
USB Mice are essentially new, and have only been used a couple of times to demo other computers that were sold or donated, and both were part of keyboard/mouse combo sets where only the keyboard was used.
Most flashlights work, and a couple need work and/or cleaning in order to work.
FYI – the Streamlight TwinTask 1L is still $25 – $30+ online, the Smith & Wesson Delta Force Tactical Flashlight is still $20 online, and they’re part of the working ones, and the big Dorcy 41-4269, was voted best high power flashlight under $50 a little over five years ago (which is a long time in flashlight tech-years).
