Same temp here on the other side of the state. Humid. I need the AC, but won't turn it on.

We are heading down there in a few weeks for a couple of big art fairs. Hope that weather holds out for us. We woke up to minus 11 this morning, so I'll be good with anything above freezing.

Gee thanks rz, going back down to negative numbers here overnight, before wind chill figured in.

Careful, that kind of heat can be deadly. We get temps like that in July sans the humidity. Not the case this morning: -16. But we are forecast to hit 50 next week! I just threw my shorts in the wash in anticipation.

Temp predicted to fall to 4º F by 6 AM tomorrow.

Got up to 40º yesterday, leaving slush on the sidewalk and driveway, which of course froze. Yes, I should have scraped it up, but I didn't.

I am getting really tired of this cold weather.

Couple of feet of snow in central Kentucky last night; tonight could be the coldest March temperature on record. 40's and 50's next week could bring flooding as it all melts off.

A few years ago, the daffodils had finished blooming in February. This year they are up, but have not seen the sun in quite a while and certainly have not seen growing temperatures since early February.

Former neighbor who now lives near Tampa calls or e-mails regularly to report the 80 degrees or complain about low 70's.
