I tried a M$ split keyboard a few years ago and realized I wasn't quite ready to give up the 30 years of bad typing habits. That ones looks different enough that it might be worth a try, but my impression is it looks too thick and I would want to see it tent at 50 degrees up from flat.
I would still seriously consider buying a USB version of the original Apple extended ADB if someone made a good replica with Cherry switches.

I have tried one that we have on a computer at church. Very Strange and different. I'ms sure that over "some" time-frame you would adjust to it.

These require that you can type properly. For those of us who did not pass typing class in high school the proper way, split KBs are annoying as hell.

I've used an MS split keyboard for years.
I started with the Adesso Tru-Form. It was not only split, the two sections were angled so as to have a slight rise from the outer edges to the inner. The reduced the rotation of the hands relieving stress at the wrists and elbows. AND it had a trackpad. Very cool.
But the key action felt odd so I moved to the MS keyboards. I still have them on a couple of Macs, and I brought one to the job.
I bought a Kinesis that was a two piece keyboard, with dished areas, supposed to accommodate the different finger lengths. I never got used to it as I couldn't find the home row quickly.
There was very little adjustment needed for the MS or Adesso keyboards, and the latter was very comfortable to use, if only the key action was better. For me, a Tru-Form-ish ergo keyboard is superior typing experience, and spending any time on one makes going back to a traditional keyboard disappointing.
My most frequently used keyboard is an illuminated BT Logitech K811 or something, because it's illuminated and I can switch between two Macs and my iPad (or any combo of three BT devices) wirelessly.
I have a Matais clicky keyboard that sounds like my Extended II. They now make one that doesn't click but is supposed to have superior key action, and I believe- improved lettering on the keys.
My ideal keyboard would be a split version, angled like the Tru-Form, BT, and illuminated. I'm over the clicky key thing.
