begin the feverish pumpkin consumerism and look like a pumpkin by Thanksgiving. What the hey, Summer is over, worry about wearing tents for clothes come February or March.

There is a place not far that makes pumpkin ice cream and it is the best ice cream I have ever had. That is my one allowance during this season, otherwise i agree with the sentiment.

I like pumpkin pie, but I can't have it anymore, and canned pumpkin can be added to dog or cat food to boost their fiber intake, but all this other stuff is of no interest to me.

I will take up the slack and support pumpkin spice, as long as it isn't too expensive or high in calories. Big Grin

THIS. Screw all that other stuff, BUT this.

p.s. If you have a Stewart's near you (NY'ers) you want the hand-packed Pumpkin Pie ice cream.

We tried a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice thing at Costco today. It was good, but 210 calories per can. So, I'm going to use our latte machine to make a low calorie version with pumpkin spice and some of the sugar free Torani gingerbread syrup (since I have some and it seems sorta ok). We'll see...
