A few weeks ago I ordered 5 slide storage boxes from Amazon. Prime shipping got them to me in one day (not two) for no extra charge. Two of the boxes had broken latches. With a few clicks I created a return. The replacements were shipped even before I sent back the defectives.

I had forgotten that the replacements had to go to a different address. I called Customer Service, and a nice young lady changed the address on the fly.

Where else can you get service like that? I give Amazon, and Amazon Prime, many thumbs up.

Although I have minor quibbles with Amazon.com, I can't see any reason why someone could deem it a cockroach of consumerism. Care to offer some details? People would be more responsive to your statement if you'd included them in your post.
