USB 1 seems to do the job. I used an Onkyo USB gizmo to digitize some vinyl, and it worked fine, even on an old FrankenMac 8600 with a USB card.

This turntable is a nifty idea, but I think a dust cover would be appropriate. Probably essential where I live.

At least one of the reviewers complained about the included software for Mac, but another Mac user pointed out that you don't have to use Audacity.
