U.S. warplanes wipe out 250 ISIS fighters in convoy rocketing

Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of 'martyrs'.

U.S.-led coalition aircraft waged a series of deadly strikes against Islamic State around the city of Falluja on Wednesday, U.S. officials told Reuters, with one citing a preliminary estimate of at least 250 suspected fighters killed and at least 40 vehicles destroyed.

If the figures are confirmed, the strikes would be among the most deadly ever against the jihadist group. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity to describe the operation and noted preliminary estimates can change.

I'm loving the constructive and pragmatic suggestions flooding the forum for how to deal with ISIS.

Lobbing bombs at the Obama administration is facile and stupid in the absence of useful ideas.

I would say zero is a safe bet.

Civilian deaths caused by US bombing:
Tokyo was firebombed - 100,000 killed
Dresden was firebombed - ~60,000 killed
Cambodia was bombed - minimum 40,000
Native American families were routinely killed during the Indian wars
ISIS convoy - 150 at most (out of 250 total)

In war, innocent people die. That is just the way it is. While war is terrible and no sane person wants to see it, we should be cheering the fact that those deaths are now measured in dozens rather than thousands.

Except you are overlooking the fact that Black President is responsible for every conflict in the world today, in which case the body count gets much higher.
