So my computer is the iTunes "hub" for all our iDevices. Has been for years. Recently I switched to using Apple's Family Sharing so we could each control our own phones knowing we could still share whatever songs or apps with each other. After enduring the shitshow that is Apple's Family Sharing set up, everything finally began working correctly. Until today when my wife plugged her broken iphone into my computer to back it up. Well everything backed up...sort of. Everything except for any songs and apps she'd downloaded under her new Family Sharing account. They did not get backed up b/c my computer was not authorized to do so. But iTunes on my computer is already authorized to my Apple ID. Is this telling me I need to authorize it to two more ID's? For my wife and child? I always thought you could only authorize it for one ID. So how is Family Sharing supposed to work with iTunes if I can't authorize it to share everything?
