....link accounts.....your status will be synced to match the higher status [ however, if you status goes down in one, it goes down in the other too ].....you can also now transfer between Marriott and SPG [ both ways ] with the following ratio....
......transfer Starpoints to Marriott Rewards points at a 1:3 ratio and Marriott Rewards points to Starwood at a 3:1 ratio....
