Though I haven't reported it, he's violated the TOS at least twice by making personal attacks against forum members at large by referring to them as:

He's not breaking the TOS. Just effing relax and let him do his thing and stop turning him into a celebrity. If this is how he wants to spend his life, that's his problem.

Our problem is to get people to stop reporting him and stop complaining to the Admins about him. THAT is what will get this side closed, not DougT's fevered postings. If nobody pesters the Admins we may still have a chance of keeping this side open.
