GONE: Mini Stack v3 - USB/FW 800/sata
#1
prince reference, eh?

old version Mini Stack v3. with USB hub.
Fan is noisy, though can be replaced.
no HD included, just a neked enclosure w/PS.
Works fine and mounts both USB and FW 800. Hub is good too.

Paypal $13.45 for medium box USPS priority. If it fits in a small, I'll paypal back the diff.

If that fits in the small flat-rate USPS box, I'll eat it*.

FWIW, put it in a smallish box and then put that box in a flat-rate padded envelope. Double protection, cheaper shipping.

Have decided to save a bunch of digital and analog videos (shot on two different camcorders) to an external hard drive. The camcorders have mini-Firewire to Firewire 400 out.

My iMac only has Firewire 800 in. (Plus USB 2.)

Would this be able to act as a bridge to connect the camcorders to the iMac?

I do not know, but in any case, appears to be taken. If that changes ……….

An 800/400 cable will do that.

if you have Prime, this would be a bit cheaper and easier.
