Looking for "Top-Down Bottom-Up" Window Blinds
#1
Anyone have this type of Window Blind, "Top-Down Bottom-Up"?

Searching the internet for reviews and suppliers. Any experiences from anyone that has them would be helpful.

I used to buy them at overstock.com. Great price, but they don't have all sizes.

We've had good experiences with selectblinds.com

Both Lowes and Home Depot have them available on custom order. Home Depot actually had better prices and I configured one for a bedroom. Picked the colors top/bottom, the style, mounting and type of opening mechanism. Took a couple of weeks to get it, but I'm very happy with it.

JCPenney?

Also got some room darkening that can only go one way because they have a thicker/dark bottom shade and a thinner/light top shade.

Decent price; quality was a little inconsistent but worth it for the savings! One blind strangely didn't have a mounting kit in it and we had to RMA the whole blind to get a replacement - their manufacture is subbed out to a third party and apparently as whole units are they only way they are provided to JCP.
